Use every opportunity to be in Oneness

Use the other person as mirror to look in, not for advise.

Left side - male. Right side - female.

Men have to be beautiful, women have to be handsome.

Double thumbs up for Swamiji is beautiful.

Rich men use every opportunity to be in oneness with wealth.

During power manifestation, be aware of your breath.

You don't need Death meditation to decide to take good care of your body. Just hold your breath.

Breathing means consuming Space and releasing Creation.
CO2 for plants.
People fall in love with you when you give them ability to manifest.

When there is fear, shallow breath, breathing difficulty.

Inhale Sadashiva through the knee, exhale completion and joy through the knee.

We are not so solid as we think, we are space. Parakaaya pravesham.

More in others body than our own body.

relationship problem because body problems.
body problems because of breathing problems.

Six faces and Five functions of Sadashiva in our life

Six faces:

  • Sadyojata
  • Vamadeva
  • Aghora
  • Tatpurusha
  • Isana
  • and the Avyakta, Unmanifested
Five functions:
  • Creation
  • Sustenance
  • Destruction or Rejuvenation
  • Putting into Delusion
  • Liberation

  • Add Integrity to your creation
  • Bring Authenticity to your Sustenance
  • Bring responsibility to your destructive mood
  • Enrich others to get rid of confusion and depression
  • Help others get liberated, cause lives when you feel love and compassion, cause others to live in Shakthinipaatha with SadaShiva
  • Unmanifest will be manifest

When you are in creation mode, just add integrity , you will manifest SadaShiva - Sadyojata. Sathya - Integrity; Jata - Birth, Creation.
Any thing born out of integrity stays with you forever.

Retain your authenticity in all your sustenance.

With responsibility, destruction will  be rejuvenation.

Whether you started the war or somebody else started against you, bring responsibility; right things will be destroyed. You are an Aghora.

Whenever you are in Throbhaava, confusion, in mood of delusion, don't know what to do - you are rotten. Now decide life is for others. Enrich.

The sixth face of SadaShiva will manifest in you, the unmanifested starts to manifest when you just jump in and follow His instructions without getting logically convinced. Start living the Shakthinipaatha, living in joy, just because He said.

LIFE IN THE SANGHA IS SHAKTHINIPAATHA.

Any Fear is No Good

What are my fears?

Fear of poverty, struggling without money, losing job, not able to make money, losing all money, not able to provide for my family and their needs, what if my parents are hospitalized, will I be able to pay for their hospital expenses, will I make more money.

Fear of my own capabilities, fear of failure.

Fear of not able to complete something, not able to do my work.

Fear of losing time, spending time on anything, is it really important, should I be spending time elsewhere.

Fear of boredom, no entertainment.

Fear of others opinions about me, others, others ridiculing me.

Fear of losing health.

Fear of losing others love.

Fear of losing comfort, freedom, choice, shopping.

Fear of losing God and Guru, losing his grace and love, disappointing him.

Fear of cheating myself and losing myself, becoming an absolute failure, losing on external and internal things.

"Any phobia needs to be completed - not listened or attended.
Your shield is not you - don't cheat yourself."

Life has no end

I was amazed that Baalasanths in Swamiji's Gurukul date back to Meenakshi's time. They could see from Akashic Reading through Kaala Bhairava their past.

How many centuries back have they come again? I always thought there was an end to life, there is a full-stop somewhere. But, no, I am totally wrong. Even after millions of years have passed, life can continue...

Swamiji, let me have this right understanding about True Life, what is True, what is unreal, what is Eternity and what is ephemeral.

What is Devotion and Love!

Keep your pure questioning alive to cure boredom and tiredness

Kenopanishad, Dvitiyaḥ Khanḍah, the 2nd chapter, 2nd part of the Kenopanishad.

“If you think I know It very well, then you certainly have known only, very little expression of Brahman’s true nature and form. What you know is conditioned by your limited perception of Brahman’s expression, in yourself and it’s expression among the Gods too. Therefore, Brahman the Absolute Truth is still, to be sincerely enquired into, contemplated and intranalyzed by you.”
Boredom is self-inflicted. We choose to engage boredom. It is always a definite clear choice.

The Truth is still to be sincerely inquired into. What does it mean, that we know it not? Certainly this is the truth. If you think you know it, No, you haven't know it. What you know is conditioned by your limited perception of Brahman's expression.

Go on, go on, go on.

'I tell you, this one line, “Therefore, Brahman, the Absolute Truth is still, to be sincerely enquired into, contemplated and intranalyzed by you.”Anybody who follows this one line, becomes My favorite. I tell you, I am never afraid of your questions. I am always afraid of your answers. I have seen, as long as people, are ready to drop their answers and keep the pure questioning alive, they remain in my favorite list—theBrahmanyam Bahuputratām.'
"Do not give up on your seeking. Do not give up your pure questioning. Go on, go on, go on. Keep your pure questioning alive. "

Seeking, go on seeking.

In a related satsang, if you get up in the morning feeling tired or sick, do not just question why you are not well today, question the WHOLE thing. Question everything - me, Ishwara (God), Jagat (The World).

Swamiji, I pray to you to keep this seeking in me for ever, let me have the pure seeking, purify my seeking. Let it always be anchored in the True Reality, the Absolute Brahman!

Giving up tea and being more productive in office

Swamiji asks to give up some unconscious habit, Balidaan.

I though that recently tea has become so delightful to me, very sweet and with a distinct, strong taste. It has caught up on me and I wait to cherish those tea moments.

I decided off with tea. Dropping tea and heavy evening snacks. I usually come to office and roam about drinking hot water, green tea or tea. It has become an unconscious pattern, 3-4 times a day.

I decided to arrest this unconscious pattern. I sat and did not move unnecessarily till I could do sustainable work at my desk. Wow! it was amazing, and so fulfilling. I do it on Thu and Fri; and Fri evening for the first time, I am relatively free from office work. Focused working.

Though I feel a bit tired as if I really put in some effort and need some rest now. But Swamiji says clearly any system that makes you thunk you did hard work and now deserve a break, ages you. Swamiji is very clearly He has not done any work, just playing around and having fun!

That is what I also want, who did what work. I just played around, had a nice time.

Enriching others with my work.
